CLIENTES PARTICULARES Los pedidos se realizan únicamente en www.dominuspiercing.com No hay pedido mínimo. El pago se realiza mediante PayPal, que acepta todas las tarjetas. Los gastos de envío a Italia son de 4,90 €, con entrega en 4-6 días laborables (correo ordinario). Solo con este tipo de envío podrás obtener envío gratuito en pedidos superiores a 49 euros (solo para Italia).

Los gastos de envío a Italia son de 7,90 €, con entrega en 1-2 días laborables (mensajería urgente). Los gastos de envío a Europa son de 38,00 €, con entrega en 1-3 días laborables (mensajería urgente). Los gastos de envío al resto del mundo son de 72,00 €, con entrega en 1-3 días laborables (mensajería urgente). Se aceptan devoluciones en un plazo de 14 días desde la compra, siempre que la joya no se haya insertado en el cuerpo, para prevenir posibles infecciones. Si decide devolver los productos, puede enviarlos por correo certificado a Dominus, Via Bezzuoli 26 - 50142 Florencia, con los gastos de envío a cargo del comprador. Dominus solo acepta devoluciones o cambios de productos nuevos y en perfecto estado. Por motivos de higiene, no se aceptan devoluciones ni cambios de artículos cuyo embalaje haya sido abierto rompiendo la pegatina protectora. EMPRESA Los pedidos se realizan únicamente en www.dominuspiercing.com El pedido mínimo es de 100 € (sin IVA ni gastos de envío). En Italia, el pago se realiza mediante transferencia bancaria anticipada o contra reembolso (efectivo o cheque) a través de mensajería urgente. Los gastos de envío corren a cargo del cliente y, en caso de contra reembolso, varían según el importe de la factura. Si paga mediante transferencia bancaria, el coste es de 8,90 € + IVA (hasta 2 kg sin seguro). El pago de pedidos del resto del mundo, fuera de Italia, solo es posible mediante transferencia bancaria anticipada.

PLAZO DE ENTREGA El personal de Dominus garantiza el envío el mismo día para los pedidos recibidos antes de la 13:00. El servicio de mensajería entregará el paquete en la dirección indicada en un plazo de: 1 día desde el envío para entregas dentro de Italia (excepto Sicilia, Calabria y Cerdeña). 2-3 días desde el envío para entregas en Sicilia, Calabria y Cerdeña. 4-7 días desde el envío para entregas en Europa y EE. UU. El servicio de mensajería no realiza entregas los sábados ni los domingos.
