Shipping costs to Italy are €4.90, with delivery in 4-6 business days (regular mail). Shipping is free for orders over €49.00 (Italy only). Shipping costs to Italy are €7.90, with delivery in 1-2 business days (Express Courier). Shipping costs to Europe are €38.00, with delivery in 1-3 business days (Express Courier). Shipping costs for the rest of the world are €72.00, with delivery within 1-3 business days (Express Courier). Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase if the jewelry has not been inserted into the body, to prevent possible infection. If you decide to return the products, they can be sent by registered mail to Dominus, Via Bezzuoli 26 - 50142 Florence, with postage paid by the buyer. Dominus only accepts returns or exchanges if they are new and in perfect condition. For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted for items whose packaging has been opened by breaking the protective sticker. COMPANY Orders are placed only on www.dominuspiercing.com. The minimum order is €100, excluding VAT and shipping. Payment in Italy is made by advance bank transfer or cash on delivery (cash or check) via express courier upon delivery. Shipping costs are charged to the customer and, in the case of cash on delivery, vary depending on the invoice amount. Payment by bank transfer costs €8.90 + VAT (up to 2 kg uninsured). Payment for orders from the rest of the world, outside of Italy, is only possible by advance bank transfer.

DELIVERY TIMES Dominus staff will ensure same-day shipping for orders received before 1:00 PM. Couriers will deliver the package to the address provided within: 1 day from shipment for deliveries in Italy (excluding Sicily, Calabria, and Sardinia). 2-3 days from shipment for deliveries in Sicily, Calabria, and Sardinia. 4-7 days from shipment for deliveries in Europe and the USA. Couriers do not deliver goods on Saturdays and Sundays.
